Worship & St Lawrence
We are very lucky to have a beautiful medieval Church in Broughton that Church without Walls are able to use on an occasional basis.
St Lawrence is a Conservation Trust Church.
It was closed for regular worship in 1986 and is now only allowed to be used for worship 6 Sundays a year but it is available for any number of weekday or Saturday services.
8pm Tuesday: second Tuesday in the month
Join us for a monthly simple communion service in this beautiful church. Please dress warmly as the church is unheated - blankets welcome!
Act of Remembrance
Monday 11th November 10.30-11am
Join us for a simple Act of Remembrance of Armistice Day. There will be a time of prayer and reflection, stories of those from Broughton who fought in the 1WW and a time to pray for peace. We will conclude with 2 minutes silence at 11am.
Please remember that the church is unheated and dress warmly.
